McHCAR utilizes the Internet Member Services (IMS) system, accessible through the Members Only link. IMS allows members to access a variety of services online via the Internet from a personal computer. Check the status of your McHCAR account, office account, pay dues, register for courses, check committee dates/times and much more.
Access IMS by logging on using your nine digit NRDS number and password. It's that simple! (By default, your password is your agent ID) For IMS logon questions contact McHCAR's Membership Services department at (815) 893-5100. Below is a more detailed list of things available to you through the Members Only link: Personal Information You can change your e-mail address, home address, and telephone number. You may also change your preferred billing method, preferred address and preferred media method. A photo of yourself can also be uploaded. NOTE: changes made to your e-mail address and telephone number WILL upload to the MLS and appear on all of your listings. Account Information Your McHCAR account information is available with just a click of the mouse. View your account status and member information easily and securely. Pay invoices online safely with Visa or MasterCard. McHCAR.com utilizes the Thwate SSL for secure Internet transactions. Continuing Education Need to complete those continuing education credits? You may do so now by registering online via the IMS system. Simply log in and view all scheduled courses. Select the courses you would like to attend and voila!
