What is my password?
A. This depends. If you are trying to get into connectMLS or mredllc.com, please click here. Enter required information, and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you. When you login with this password, it will prompt you to change it.
If you are trying to login to the Members Only (IMS) portion of McHCAR.com, click here. Enter your Agent ID number and your password will be e-mailed to you.

My SentriCard is not updated.
A. Insert key into card reader. Ensure that password is entered correctly. Click update.

What is the default access time for a Sentrilock box from McHCAR?
A: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Can I change the access time for a Sentrilock box?
A: If the broker then ‘Broker Sharing’ enabled, then the agents in that office have Owner Privileges, enabling them to then change the access times of the lockbox.

McHenry County agents have the ability to change the access times to their lockboxes. This is limited to the owner of the lockbox or someone who has owner privileges to the lockbox.

To change the access times of the lockbox:

• The agent will need to login via the Card Utility.
• Under Card Functions, click on Customize a lockbox.
• Select the lockbox serial number.
• Select the Region.
• Under Access Times, click on the times you would like to change, i.e. 8AM-11:59AM.
• Click on the Times to be changed, changing from a RED X to a GREEN , then Click Save Changes.
• Click Finish at the bottom of the page.
• Insert SentriCard into the Lockbox.

I am showing property in Rockford/Dekalb…Will my SentriCard work there?
A. The SentriCard only works on Sentrilock boxes. The listing agent will know what type of box is on the property.

I want to show property outside of McHenry County….will my SentriCard work?
A. Your SentriCard will work in all Sentrilock boxes that are on properties listed by MRED Agents.

Are you open on Saturday?
A. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do NOT close for lunch. Stop in and see us.

Is there a place I can check which CE classes I am registered for?
A. You can go into the IMS portion of McHCAR’s web page, click on Members Only, enter your Agent ID number and password, click on submit and then click on education calendar….the classes you are registered for will appear in red.

How do I change my phone number in the MLS?
A. You can login to the IMS system and change it under personal information. This will upload to the MLS within 24 hours OR you can send us notice of the change in writing to the Association Office.

How do I pay/view/print off my invoices online from McHCAR’s website?
A. Login to IMS. Click on “View Your Account”. Pay online.

Is there a place I can check which CE classes I need to take/have taken?
A. Link to IAR or IDFPR; you will need your Real Estate License number.
